This option provides project scoping, design, and projected cost estimating for full, turn-key database application development and deployment.

This is the treatment option that should be considered by those who know or believe that they need a database to help them manage their information but have little or no idea of just how to complete the steps necessary to accomplish their goals and meet their needs.

This treatment option allows the clients to have the expertise of a database professional throughout the entire process of design, development and implementation of a database application designed specifically to meet their specified goals, and have that application developed and deployed within a specified time frame, at a specific cost.  By having "Doctor Access" work remotely on their project, clients are not required to provide valuable office space for programmers and are able to interact with their developer right from their desktop.  By providing constant feedback to clients, quality and production control is kept in place. Clients receive files for review and/or approval as the process proceeds.  There are no surprises at the end.

Through a process called “scoping” the requirements of the database and the needs of the users can be determined.  Only at the end of this process can a list of specific goals, an estimate of the time required to complete the project and an estimate of the cost for the development of the application be provided.
