Severe Intervention

This option provides assistance to clients by having "Doctor Access" complete part or all of a project that is already underway.

This option should be considered by those who have started to develop a database but have now found that there are challenges that have surpassed their current capabilities and there is no time in the project to allow for a steep learning curve.

Charges for this plan can be based on an hourly charge for the necessary hours to complete the project or, under certain circumstances, an estimate of the total cost for work to be performed can be provided. Specific goals and requirement would have to be determined.  Through a process called “scoping” the requirements of the database and the needs of the users can be determined.  Only at the end of this process can a list of specific goals, an estimate of the time required to complete the project and an estimate of the cost for the development of the application be provided.
